“Oh gods, would that our tears were were not salty, but sweet. Sweet and hot, forever brewing beneath the surface of our eyes and steeping in the flavor of all they have witnessed.”

About the book:
This book follows the form of ancient storytelling, spinning a narrative tale of epic proportions despite the subject matter being relatively insignificant in the grand scheme of things. While most epics follow an adventurer or a hero on their journey, this one follows a retired Tiefling professor of the arts. His journey is, as the title suggests, ooLONG. And he goes into poetic yet excruciating detail about every step along the way.
Author Info:
Everton Sprig spent his whole life in search of the perfect chair. For a Tiefling with a long tail and rather expansive horns to contend with, this was a harder challenge than expected, and became a bit of an obsession for him. And then, somewhere along the way, he realized something: the best chairs he ever sat in were at tea houses and around comfortable tea-serving salons. And so, a new obsession formed, born from the idea that where he might find one, he would most certainly find the other. The search for the perfect chair was replaced by the search for the perfect cup of tea. Can such a thing ever really be achieved? Everton is eager to find out.
